1 Introduction

Welcome to Tolkz™, a platform dedicated to marketing and branding speakers globally, helping them secure paid speaking gigs both nationally and internationally. By using our services, website, or attending our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2 Definitions

"Tolkz" refers to the company providing the platform, events, and related services.
"Speaker" refers to individuals or entities presenting at a Tolkz event or through our platform.
"Attendee" refers to individuals attending events or consuming content from Tolkz.
"Subscriber" refers to individuals who have signed up for a Tolkz membership plan.
"User" refers to any person using the Tolkz platform, services, or website.

3 Speaker Agreement

By signing up as a speaker with Tolkz, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your expertise, experience, and availability.
Adhere to Tolkz event guidelines, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Grant Tolkz the right to record, distribute, and promote your presentations for marketing purposes.
Refrain from using Tolkz events to promote offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
Ensure that any content you present does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.

Tolkz reserves the right to remove any speaker who fails to comply with these terms.

4 Subscription & Payment Terms

Tolkz offers a monthly or annual subscription plan for speakers who wish to access exclusive opportunities.
Payment is required upfront for access to the platform's features.
No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed, except in cases of technical errors or double charges.
Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination.

5 Event Participation

Attendees and speakers must register in advance for all Tolkz events unless otherwise stated.

Tolkz reserves the right to refuse admission or participation to any individual who violates community guidelines.

Event recordings may be used for promotional purposes unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

6 Code of Conduct

All users of Tolkz must adhere to professional conduct, including but not limited to:

Respect for all participants, regardless of background or opinions
No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Compliance with all applicable laws and event venue policies
No unauthorized sales pitches or solicitation during Tolkz events

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All Tolkz branding, content, and materials are the property of Tolkz and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Speakers retain ownership of their original content but grant Tolkz a non-exclusive license to share, promote, and archive event recordings.
Users must not repurpose Tolkz materials for commercial use without prior consent.

8 Limitation of Liability

Tolkz is not liable for:

Losses due to cancellations, rescheduling, or speaker unavailability
Technical issues, including website downtime or payment processing failures
Any damages arising from user reliance on information shared through Tolkz events or services

9 Privacy Policy

Tolkz collects personal information to facilitate services and improve user experience. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10 Amendments to Terms

Tolkz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11 Governing Law
