Karen is founder of Intransit, a brand consultancy that helps companies’ future-proof their strategy by reimagining how they engage with the aging population, including the 50+ consumer—the most dynamic, influential, and financially powerful demographic today. It's not about ditching younger audiences, it's about finding ways to expand influence. With a unique blend of human insights, cultural foresight, and brand repositioning expertise, Intransit empowers organizations to adapt, resonate, and lead in a marketplace driven by aging populations and longevity.Prior to Intransit, Karen held senior roles at brand agencies, including Interbrand and Landor, in the US, Africa, and the Middle East, helping companies and brands tell their story and position themselves to connect with audiences. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BA from Claremont McKenna College and resides in Los Angeles and is passionate about rebuilding communities, including Palisades after recent fires.
